The Geiger Auto Body Story
Family Owned & Operated for More Than 50 Years
Geiger Auto Body was founded in 1971 by Gerhard Geiger after years of working in the auto body industry. His commitment was straightforward: provide customers with exceptional paint, body and fiberglass repair while treating people the right way.
Gerhard's passion for the trade ran deep. He worked in the auto body field while in high school, continued working as a technician while serving in the Army Reserves, and eventually purchased his business before purchasing his first home.
That dedication to craftsmanship established the standards that still guide Geiger Auto Body today.

Gerhard Geiger — Founder
Gerhard built Geiger Auto Body around a commitment to high-quality paint, body and fiberglass work combined with dependable customer service. That philosophy became the foundation of the business.
Joshua Levitas — General Manager / Service Manager
Josh grew up around the shop learning the trade alongside his father. After high school, he continued his education at Fox Valley Technical College and developed the technical and business experience needed to continue the family's commitment to quality repair work.
Today, Josh and the Geiger Auto Body team carry that tradition forward while working with modern vehicles, advanced repair methods and specialty fiberglass projects.

Geiger Auto Body technicians have completed industry training including I-CAR, ASE and PPG training.
